Shift Requirement is rotating Day/Midnight shifts. Nights, Weekend, Holiday and On Call coverage per the guidelines of the department. This position seeks a motivated RN who will assist with administrative direction for clinical practice and efficient care delivery. The position will share 24 hour accountability and responsibility for all aspects of daily operations inthe unit with the Nurse Manager. This role will support the Nurse Manager through:
