As Associate Director, Global Business Development & Digital Strategy, you will strive to be ahead of the curve and shape how fans connect with the music they love, by executing content distribution partnerships with a broad range of digital partners, from the largest global companies to emerging startups. This is a multi-faceted role that will be expected to have a significant impact, both as a lead negotiator and in a support capacity working with senior team members on major accounts. You will need to comprehend and articulate digital distribution deal structures, evaluate deal performance, present strategic recommendations to senior management, and lead or support negotiations with Sony Music's commercial partners, while closely collaborating with teams across the company and the globe and leaning into growth opportunities as they arise.
