As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (long-term temporary assignment) at Sony Music Entertainment, you will support core recruiting activities across our New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, and LATAM offices. This role is an opportunity to learn Talent Acquisition from the ground up, while contributing directly to operational excellence, candidate experience, and continuous process improvement. What you'll do: Provide day-to-day coordination support for interviews across Sony Music Elevate the candidate experience, serving as a consistent point of contact Coordinate and manage interview schedules, logistics, and communication across multiple platforms (Teams, Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Greenhouse, etc. Track, update, and maintain accurate records and reports for all stages of the recruitment lifecycle (active and forecasted roles, pipelines, metrics, etc Greet and support candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth experience and professional environment Perform ad-hoc TA support activities as needed Who you are: Seeking ideally 1+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience (full-time or relevant internship/part-time experience) Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and meeting agreed-upon service levels Excited to learn TA fundamentals in a creative, collaborative environment and willing to take on operationally critical work Committed to delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders Empathetic, people-focused, and able to build rapport with a wide range of individuals Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute ideas that improve processes and efficiency Able to work independently in a remote setting; able to commute to our NYC office (25 Madison Ave.) three times per week or as needed What we give you: An opportunity to fuel the creative journey on a global stage A modern, diverse and innovative work environment, with offices that include collaboration areas, cafeterias, event spaces, and more An investment in your learning & development Sony Music is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all persons regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, veteran or military status, marital and civil partnership/union status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. New York Pay Range $60,000 — $65,000 USD
