What the Ideal Candidate will do:

The Customer Support Specialist will provide customer service and technical support to the Sales and Service groupsby performing the following duties:


  • Support service-related products and activities.
  • Process appropriate orders, warranties, returns, and credits as necessary.
  • Prepare quotations for customer orders and visits.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and record customer service activities.
  • Provide backup coverage for billing and certificates as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Must be a US Person.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), some vocational/technical school training is helpful but not required.Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field including experience with machinery parts and manufacturing processes.
  • Must be able toread and interpret documents such as manufacturing quotes and technical documentation
  • Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills. SAP experience preferred.
