TheSenior HR Generalistprovides comprehensive HR services to salaried and hourly employees, including some unionized staff, at manufacturing and service facilities in North America. This role serves as the first point of contact for employee relations issues within assigned client groups and is responsible for compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational planning. Additionally, the Senior HR Generalist leads community and college relations initiatives, supports personal development projects, and collaborates with internal and external client groups to optimize effectiveness. This position may also provide guidance to HR administrative staff as needed. This is a hybrid position requiring three onsite days at our Distribution Center in Oak Creek, WI and one onsite day at our South Harbor Milwaukee, WIlocation. Key Job Responsibilities

Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$85,000 - $105,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
