Responsible for activities related to performance management for the NY Business Unit. Drive data collection, analysis, and reporting across all business segments to the Leadership Team. Produce and communicate performance information to enable leaders to influence regional performance and address business issues. This role will engage leadership at all levels to drive performance who enable the NY business to meet its objectives in support of National Grid's Strategic Priorities. Key Accountabilities
