The Executive Administrative Assistant I is providing highlevel administrative, operational, and organizational support to executive leaders while supporting site operations for the Skaneateles, NY location. The role is managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of executive and sitelevel activities. By maintaining discretion, structure, and proactive oversight, the assistant is enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities while strengthening operational efficiency across the site.

As Executive Administrative Assistant I, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel

  • Preparing, reviewing, and editing executivelevel correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materials

  • Acting as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Coordinating executive meetings by preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and followups

  • Tracking action items and deadlines to ensure timely execution of priorities

  • Supporting expense reporting, purchase requests, and administrative compliance activities

  • Assisting with special projects, business initiatives, and crossfunctional coordination

  • Improving administrative processes and recommending efficiencies

  • Supporting site operational needs by coordinating meetings, managing purchase requests, driving initiatives, and assisting with special projects

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives

  • Have strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills

  • Have the ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Have experience coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and managing schedules

  • Have the ability to support site operations and crossfunctional activities
