The AVP - Global MSP Business, Americasis responsible forscaling and accelerating Nexthink'sManaged Service Provider (MSP) and partner-led businessacross the Americas. This role drives regional strategy execution, revenue growth, and operational excellence for Nexthink's MSP ecosystem, ensuring partners successfully deliver Nexthink-powered Digital Employee Experience (DEX) outcomes to enterprise customers.This leader acts as a strategic bridge betweenglobal MSP strategy, regional partners, and enterprise customers, ensuring consistent value realization, adoption, and commercial success. What you'll do:
- Execute Nexthink's global MSP strategy across the Americas, building and scaling partnerships that deliver Nexthink-powered managed services
- Identify priority markets, verticals, and partner segments while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Alliances teams on go-to-market strategy
- Own revenue growth, bookings, and pipeline development for MSP and partner-led business in the Americas
- Partner with Enterprise Sales and Channel teams to co-sell, expand opportunities, and drive renewals and upsells through MSP channels
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic MSP partners and key enterprise customers, building trusted C-level relationships
- Lead executive-level escalations and position Nexthink as a business outcomes platform ensuring long-term success
- Ensure MSP partners deliver high-quality services by governing operating models, SLAs, success metrics, and reporting frameworks
- Drive adoption, usage, and measurable DEX outcomes while working with Partner Success and Services teams to improve time-to-value
- Own regional MSP business performance including revenue, margin, cost management, forecasting, budgets, and ROI tracking
- Drive scalability and operational efficiency across the partner ecosystem
- Lead and develop regional MSP Sellers, building a high-performing, collaborative team aligned with Nexthink's values
- Collaborate with Global MSP leadership and other regions to share best practices, contribute to global frameworks, and support cross-regional delivery
- Deliver on key metrics including MSP-driven ARR growth, partner performance, customer adoption, service quality, NPS/CSAT, and expansion within MSP-managed environments
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in MSP, SaaS, IT services, or digital workplace / DEX environments
- Proven leadership experience scaling MSP or partner-led businesses in the Americas
- Strong understanding ofenterprise SaaS, subscription models, and partner ecosystems
- Experience working with CIOs, IT Operations, Digital Workplace, or End-User Computing teams
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial leadership
- Ability tooperateeffectively in a fast-growing, global, matrixed organization
- Experience with DEX, IT operations analytics, observability, or digital workplace platforms
- Background working with global system integrators (GSIs) or large MSPs
- Exposure to ITSM, VMS, automation, or experience management ecosystems
- Approximately 30-40% across the Americas and occasional global travel
