Description

Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Salt Lake City, UT.

Here's what you'd do:

  • Provide customer support via email, assisting with questions, service requests, order placement, billing inquiries, and product support.
  • Enter and process customer orders and product repair requests within the ERP/order entry system.
  • Generate order confirmations and keep customers informed on delivery timelines and expectations.
  • Assist with pricing disputes by initiating and supporting the resolution process.
  • Coordinate product replacements, including issuing shipping labels and managing timely returns and replacements.
  • Research, address, and escalate customer concerns as needed, including urgent complaints, disputes, and warranty inquiries.
  • Support the customer service and sales teams with projects, reporting, and other customer-related needs as required.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 17.00-$19.00/ HR

Hours: 9/80 schedule. Monday-Thursday 6:30AM - 4:00PM Utah time, Every other Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM.

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in handling customer inquiries related to orders, billing, or product support.

Preferred skills:

  • Related experience or training in customer service, call center, or similar role
  • Basic computer/technical skills with demonstrated competencies with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
