Description
Summary The Universal Banker is responsible for providing accurate, prompt and friendly service to members. By engaging in meaningful conversation with members, listening carefully to members' needs, a Universal Banker is able to perform a wide range of transactions for members with a high degree of accuracy, recommend and open new products and services, and uncover opportunities to refer members to other teammates for assistance. Individuals in this role are responsible for making decisions that help members improve their financial situation, while balancing the needs of the credit union and maintaining a proficient understanding of our products, services, and internal operations.
