FTE 1Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80Work Shift Day: 8 hoursJob Description The Oncology Manager oversees and advances oncology pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient care within the medical center. This leadership role ensures safe, effective, and evidence-based use of chemotherapy and supportive care agents through collaboration with physicians, nurses, researchers, and administrators. The manager is responsible to ensure compliance of the US Pharmacopeia (USP) and Board of Pharmacy regulation on compounding regulations. Job Description The Oncology Manager has accountability in implementing P&T Committee approved initiatives or projects from operation change to communication and follow up on the effectiveness of implementation. The manager also has accountability on sterile compounding management.

Ages of Patients Served This position is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and care of neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
