  • Chivas Brothers, the largest brand company in the Group, responsible for the production and management of our award-winning Scotch whisky portfolio

  • Pernod Ricard UK, which markets, sells and distributes our products in the UK market

  • Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group's duty free, air travel and cruises business.

  • The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose Gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.

We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, 'conviviality' and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.

Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

The scope of Operations stretches from Procurement through conversion (distillation and maturation) and manufacturing (or bottling) to all the downstream Supply Chain activities until the final product is delivered.In addition, Operations play a very active role in Innovation, Talent Development and Operational Risk Management.

Your unique contribution

The purpose of this role is to lead and grow the UK Brand Homes portfolio - The Glenlivet, Aberlour, and Scapa whisky distilleries in Scotland, Plymouth Gin Distillery in England - through strong P&L ownership, operational excellence, and world class visitor experiences, powered by high performing teams - helping to drive our Pernod Ricard ambition to be the Global Leader in Spirits Tourism.class visitor experiences, powered by highperforming teams.

You will have three main areas of responsibility:

1. P&L Ownership & Business Acceleration

  • In partnership with European Brand Homes Marketing and Business Development teams, define and deliver a clear, actionable growth roadmap for UK Brand Homes, fully aligned with global brand strategies.

  • Own the consolidated P&L for UK Brand Homes, ensuring rigorous financial control, delivery against budget, and achievement of performance targets.

  • Lead the quarterly forecasting process across all sites, working closely with direct reports to ensure accuracy, insight, and accountability.

  • Drive growth across multiple revenue streams including experiential, retail, ticketing/ballots etc.

  • Track and optimise key commercial and operational KPIs, actively manage overheads, and lead CAPEX planning across flagship sites.

  • Monitor market dynamics, regional trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic priorities for UK Brand Homes.

2. Multisite Operational Leadership & Visitor Experience Excellence

  • Provide consistent, high performing leadership across a multisite Brand Homes portfolio in Scotland and England.

  • Embed a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring a worldclass,end-to-end visitor experience at every site.

  • Champion retail excellence and lead the successful implementation of new ticketing and booking systems.

  • Establish Health & Safety as a core cultural priority, monitoring H&S KPIs and ensuring full regulatory compliance across all locations.

  • Leverage scale and synergies across sites, sharing best practices and driving efficiency through standardisation and collaboration.

3. Team Leadership & People Development

  • Lead and inspire a team of Brand Homes Managers and Supervisors, overseeing a diverse workforce including permanent, seasonal, and agency staff.

  • Attract, retain, coach, and develop high performing leaders through hands-on, supportive, and empowering day to day management.

  • Partner with direct reports on recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training to ensure optimal staffing and capability across all sites.

  • Foster a strong culture of hospitality excellence, accountability, and engagement aligned to brand values.

  • Act as a senior internal and external ambassador for UK Brand Homes, representing the business at key industry forums and stakeholder engagements.

This position could be right for you if you have the below capabilities, skills and experience.

Functional Capability

  • Operational, Retail & Customer Service expertise: ability to analyse and improve retail and customer experience offering.

  • Data-driven and Results-focused: able to analyse commercial/financial KPIs, visitor trends, and performance metrics to inform decisionsand optimise performance.

  • Tech savvy - ability and experience in working with stock management systems and online booking systems. Good understanding of digital ecosystem to optimise the customer journey, and interest in new tech solutions.

  • Ideally a strong understanding of key marketing and brand strategies, to drive alignment of Brand Homes execution with global brand strategy.

  • Passion for travel and hospitality. Interest in & understanding of whisky & spirits industry.

  • Willingness to travel around each site - driving licence essential.

Leadership Capability

  • People Management and Team Leadership experience - a flexible, inspiring and hands-on management approach.

  • Relationship building - ability to communicate with and build and foster relationships across all levels within company, and also with industry and community stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated, positive self-starter, with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
