What You'll Do:Lead with Impact: Help manage and support daily electronic banking activities, ensuring our call center and commercial support operations run like clockwork. Be the escalation point for complex customer issues, and help your team resolve them efficiently. Coach and Develop Talent: Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure your team shines. Be a part of the hiring and onboarding process, and help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Drive Innovation: Oversee customer onboarding and implementation activities. Coordinate across departments to ensure a seamless delivery of electronic banking and treasury services.
