What We DoAs the Talent Management Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of HR programs in talent and performance management, learning and development, as well as our employee engagement initiatives. You will work alongside program managers and cross-functional teams to support the creation, administration, and implementation of programs and initiatives to achieve organizational objectives, drive engagement, retention, and the employer brand. This position is hybrid (3-4 days per week on-site depending upon need) and is based out of the Santa Ana, California office.

What You'll Do:

  • Support development and implementation of talent management programs
  • Administration and support of Talent Development initiatives, programs, and platforms, including Workday and Adobe Connect
  • Collaborate with program leads to develop, deliver, and support projects and programs, for Talent Development and Talent Acquisition including SharePoint pages and process documentation
  • Create and run reporting related to talent management programs, i.e. performance and enrollment
  • Collect data and develop insights for programs to enable continuous improvements

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent administration skills; detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining organized and effectively managing time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to use data to identify trends, explain the "story" and provide solutions for continuous improvement
  • Ability to work in a fluid and collaborative work environment with changing deadlines
  • A strong record of teamwork with the motivation and ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Possesses a reputation for resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Experience in event planning, meeting organization desired
Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.83 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
