Our Company The team behind Adobe's identity solutions powers every customer's first touchpoint with the company. As a Principal Product Manager, you will build the next generation of secure, simple, and intelligent identity experiences. You'll define how we evolve authentication, MFA, passkeys, device trust, and automated risk signals-while reducing friction and improving conversion for customers globally. You will collaborate with global engineering, build, analytics, and product teams to solve high-visibility challenges. These include cross-device continuity, agent/LLM identity, account recovery at scale, and progressive profiling. This role offers a chance to influence every Adobe product, try innovative solutions, and deliver platform capabilities that impact activation, retention, and trust. In California, the pay range for this position is $194,800 - $282,100 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
