**About the Role:**

You will be a key strategic partner, responsible for delivering and driving consumer and market intelligence insights into a growth strategy for the business. This role is crucial for infusing consumer-centricity among brand development teams, accelerating international development, and ensuring the continued success of a diverse brand portfolio. If you are proactive, possess excellent people skills, and have a passion for consumer research beyond just marketing, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify brand consumer insights needs and design creative, tailored testing plans and methodologies for brand and portfolio building, managing associated budgets.

* Execute and activate agreed research plans, including agency collaboration, rapid debriefs/workshops, and comprehensive analysis to connect insights into action-oriented recommendations.

* Communicate high-quality, impactful recommendations to influence business decisions at various organizational levels.

* Transform data and insights into concrete strategic actions, collaborating closely with brand teams.

* Champion consumer-centricity across multidisciplinary brand teams (marketing, retail, social, education, etc.) by sharing consumer insights and business intelligence expertise, focusing on key consumer insight topics aligned with brand strategy.

* Maintain a constant connection to consumers with a future-forward vision by sourcing foresights, tracking trends, and collaborating with the broader consumer insights community.

* Develop and nurture strong relationships with brand teams, becoming a trusted strategic partner for brand and portfolio development.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in market research, psychology, sociology, or marketing.

* 6-7 years of experience in consumer research and consumer insights.

* Proven experience in a premium consumer goods industry, understanding its unique codes and expressions.

* Extensive experience across a wide array of strategic qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including brand identity, segmentation, positioning, product testing, advertising testing, and tracking studies.

* Analytical and synthetic mindset, with a strong ability to synthesize data and insights from multiple sources.

* Demonstrated sensitivity to brand equity, brand positioning, and targeting.

* Strong sense of curiosity, a questioning nature, and a passion for innovation.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure and deliver succinct and concise presentations.

* Ability to work effectively with remote and diverse teams.

* Highly organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on objectives and timelines.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in supporting brand development.

* Experience within the beauty industry.

* Experience in monitoring and testing with social platforms and web listening tools.
