Position Title: Contracting Officer

Position Overview
ISPA Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Contracting Officer to support U.S. Navy programs through the full lifecycle of federal contracting activities. This role is critical in ensuring mission success by providing acquisition expertise, contract oversight, and compliance support for Navy customers.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in DoD contracting, knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations, and an active Secret clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Contracting Officer supporting Navy acquisition and contracting operations
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including solicitation, negotiation, award, and administration
- Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Navy-specific acquisition policies
- Develop and review contract documentation, including statements of work, modifications, and acquisition plans
- Provide guidance to program teams on procurement strategy and contract execution
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely contract performance
- Monitor contractor performance, resolve contract issues, and support contract closeout activities
- Support audits, reporting requirements, and risk mitigation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Contract Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of federal contracting experience, preferably supporting DoD or Navy programs
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Experience with contract types including FFP, T&M, IDIQ, and cost-reimbursement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
