What You'll Do SourceAmerica is seeking a Manager, Technical Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to join our Information Technology team! In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers and technical specialists in delivering highquality solutions built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. You'll combine strong peoplemanagement skills with handson technical expertise to ensure your team follows development best practices, delivers reliable and scalable solutions, and continuously improves. You will mentor team members, provide technical direction, and help drive innovation that aligns with organizational goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading technical teams, shaping solution design, and creating an environment that fosters collaboration and growth. Who is SourceAmerica There are approximately 500 NPAs in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network that provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program and approximately 36,000 AbilityOne employees are in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network. Salary Range The salary for this position falls in a range between $170,000 - $180,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States. Minimum Qualifications
