JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX is seeking an experienced and business-minded attorney to join the FOX One legal team as Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs. FOX One is FOX's direct-to-consumer streaming platform, uniting FOX Sports, FOX News, and FOX Entertainment in a single destination and delivering next-generation viewing experiences. The Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs will support the FOX One marketing, product, and partnerships teams, providing practical, solutions-oriented transactional legal advice and support across the lifecycle of a fast-moving digital product. This attorney will manage the negotiation, drafting, and analysis of a wide range of commercial agreements to support the larger FOX One service. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders-as well as with subject-matter experts across the broader Fox Corporation legal organization. The Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs reports to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, FOX One, and is well-suited for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys partnering closely with business teams, and can balance legal risk with commercial objectives. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $247,000.00-315,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
