We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Health Pivots who can turn complex data into meaningful insights that move our mission forward.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst supporting Health Pivots, you will be a key contributor in advancing our analytics products and delivering high-value insights to internal teams and clients.

You will:

- Analyze complex data using advanced statistical techniques to inform Health Pivots reporting and product enhancements.

- Identify and leverage new tools, processes, and methodologies to strengthen Health Pivots data models and analytic workflows.

- Acquire, clean, and manage datasets from multiple sources to support Health Pivots platform accuracy and performance.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that improve Health Pivots' ability to deliver actionable market and organizational intelligence.

- Build compelling dashboards and visualizations that help clients understand and apply Health Pivots insights.

- Troubleshoot data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements to elevate Health Pivots data integrity.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize analytics needs specific to Health Pivots initiatives.

- Support ongoing process improvement efforts to increase the value, efficiency, and scalability of Health Pivots analytics.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

- 5+ years of data analysis experience

- Experience with BI/reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)

- Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS systems

- Programming experience (Java, .NET, Python, XML, JavaScript)

- Experience analyzing large datasets from ETL frameworks

- Experience with statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS)

- Experience with relational and NoSQL database systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Healthcare industry experience (clinical, operational, or financial data)

- Experience with advanced languages/platforms: Python, Java, Ruby, C++, Perl, SQL, Hive, Scala, Spark, Kafka
