Overview

The Manager Digital Partner Management leads a group of Partner Success Managers (PSMs) and Partner Support Associates (PSAs). Our PSMs are responsible for onboarding and activating Hyland's newest Channel Partners and our PSAs are responsible for supporting our PBM function along with managing Hyland's Authorized Channel Partners. This leadership role is responsible for driving growth and KPI obtainment across both team functions. Strategically they will be responsible for ensuring that Partners are aligned to company priorities and consistently delivering on joint objectives. This role is also responsible for developing their team members.



Responsibilities

    Own the Partner Development process and ensure that our PSM are executing against a consistent Onboarding methodology.
  • Help team members develop & drive GTM plans to accelerate new product adoption and Co-Selling deal execution.
  • Monitor partner performance & development metrics pipeline health deal velocity partner enablement and customer engagement; provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Work with PSAs to identify define and maintain the process and procedures used to support PBMs; Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency and serve as an advocate for change
  • Contribute to and manage to approved budget
  • Collaborate with team members and cross departmental stakeholders in creation and coordination of mutual goals
  • Manage and lead the direction of executing department benchmarks protocols and objectives. Assess employee and team performance against established quality metrics; track team performance against established metrics and hold direct reports accountable for meeting defined performance standards; provide feedback to employees
  • Perform all Human Resources-related managerial functions and responsibilities associated with hiring compensation management employment relations and termination of employees
  • Develop team members; coach employees through their personal growth in: functional expertise communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and peers. Assist with identifying and developing future leaders.
  • Operate as a thought leader among the team; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues; provide guidance resolve issues as necessary and remove obstacles for team


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as a manager
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales
  • Demonstrated fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing budget
  • Superior problem solving critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Superior collaboration skills applied successfully within a team as well as other areas
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Superior interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
  • Superior leadership sound judgement and business acumen skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact

The salary range for this role is $110,868 - $146,900. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The listed range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs. Actual compensation will be based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, skills and experience.
