Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear commercial insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Design and deliver regular dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform brand performance, launch and planning.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Forecasting, Market Access and Supply Chain to align insight-driven actions and priorities.
  • Lead analyses of market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and performance against KPIs.
  • Support launch and lifecycle planning by modeling scenarios, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to test insight-led initiatives, measure outcomes, and inform scale decisions.
  • Actively promote the importance of integrated analytics and a performance management culture with data-driven decision making within the market.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial insights, market analytics, or forecasting within healthcare, vaccines, pharma, or related industries.
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets and basic data tools (Excel, SQL or other query tools).
  • Experience leading and managing technical teams.
  • Specific experience leading analytics in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Master's degree
  • Demonstrated project management skills leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive complex enterprise-wide change initiatives with executive level stakeholders.
  • Experience with visualization tools (for example Tableau, Power BI) and scripting languages (for example SQL , Python, R).
  • Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, or portfolio strategy.
  • Familiarity with patient claims, prescription, or public health data sources.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Work arrangement: This role is hybrid. You will spend regular days in the office and work remotely on other days. Specific days on-site will be agreed with your manager
