Join Our Team as a Senior Analytics Engineer!

Position Summary: As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain high-quality analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across our organization. Your expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Power BI, and modern ETL/ELT practices will be key in delivering trusted insights to our stakeholders.

Key Performance Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable analytics data models using Microsoft Fabric.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to transform and curate data from various sources.
Perform complex data transformations to create reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct business analysis to understand metrics, KPIs, and reporting needs.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across analytics solutions.
Document data models, transformations, and reporting logic for transparency and reuse.
Mentor junior team members and promote analytics engineering best practices.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and leadership to support enterprise analytics initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytics engineering/data engineering required.

Advanced proficiency in SQL required.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric required.

Knowledge in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report and dashboard development) required.

Solid experience with ETL/ELT processes and modern data architecture required.

Strong understanding of data modeling and transformation techniques required.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences required.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms preferred.

Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and performance optimization preferred.

Background in healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries (if applicable) preferred.

Experience mentoring or leading analytics projects preferred.
