You'll work end-to-end-from data ingestion and feature engineering through model training, deployment, and monitoring-owning production-grade systems that scale. You'll collaborate closely with data engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to convert ambiguous problems into robust, secure, and cost-effective AI services. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Model Development: Build, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and GenAI models (e.g., classification, ranking, NLP, embeddings, RAG). Use Python with PyTorch/TensorFlow/scikit-learn. AWS Architecture: Design and implement production pipelines using SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/Redshift, Glue/Athena, and KMS/IAM. Data Pipelines: Develop scalable data ingestion and feature pipelines; operationalize training and batch/real-time inference. APIs & Services: Ship reliable inference APIs with FastAPI/AWS API Gateway; package with Docker; deploy via ECS/EKS/SageMaker Endpoints. MLOps: Set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline), experiment tracking (MLflow), artifact/version management (DVC/ECR/S3), and automated retraining.
