Philadelphia - 2027 Corporate Technology Summer Associate

The Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis seeks to hire a second-year law student interested in our technology, outsourcing & commercial (TOC) transactions practice for our 2027 Summer Associate Program. This position will work solely with the TOC transactions practice group throughout the program. The ideal candidate would have an interest in AI, technology and innovation, as well as strategic commercial deals including in the retail, life sciences, financial services and sports industries.
