As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will spend much of your shift driving between areas, completing routine patrols, and keeping a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will observe and report activity, support store teams and guests with clear communication and customer service, and respond to situations with calm professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical events, and property concerns, and notify site leadership and/or law enforcement as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, receiving areas, back rooms, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor entrances and high-activity areas, observe for suspicious behavior and policy violations, and help to deter theft and/or damage through high-visibility presence and timely reporting.
• Complete detailed reports and log entries, document incidents and patrol activity, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
