(ESGW) is launching a new Adult Day Program in Kalispell, expanding services into Northwest Montana and building on successful programs in other communities. The Adult Day Manager drives the program's daily momentum by overseeing private pay, Medicaid, and private insurance services, supervising staff, supporting engaging activities, and maintaining required licensure and certifications. It ensures policies and procedures stay current with State and federal standards, maintains strong community relationships, promotes a positive safety culture, and keeps services high-quality and responsive. The position is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, orienting, and supervising all program staff. Kalispell offers a high quality of life with strong community connections, short commutes, and access to year-round outdoor recreation, including proximity to Glacier National Park. This position provides the opportunity to build a meaningful program, develop a strong team, and make a lasting impact in a community where services truly matter, and leadership is visible and valued.
