As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and service calls with calm professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout tech-focused facilities, including office areas, loading and delivery zones, and exterior perimeters, noting and reporting unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and visitors, including checking credentials, coordinating visitor log-in, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing initial scene assessment, requesting additional resources, and communicating updates to appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate pertinent information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Have CPR and/or First Aid, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
