You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and unusual activity with calm, professional communication. Using your armed guard card/license, you will document observations, support access control, and partner with site teams through integrity, teamwork, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, production areas, warehouses, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or credentials, and assist with vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and local public services as needed.
• Complete timely incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal management and onsite contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card/license.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
