You will complete routine rounds, stay highly visible, respond to alarms and access control needs, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate onsite contacts and/or public services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter routes within a technology-focused location to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and credential checks, manage visitor entry processes, and report access control concerns according to site requirements.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate key updates during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
