As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet visitors, verify access, document activity, and communicate clearly with staff and responders. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verifying identification and directing guests, vendors, and employees according to site-specific requirements and restricted area rules.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, parking areas, and cash handling-related zones to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate observed issues to the onsite team and/or client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
