| JOB SUMMARY |
Plans, develops, organizes, and supervises the design and construction efforts for a total project. This will involve coordinating all design efforts as well as overall management of field construction activities. Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- Five years' experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required; or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. In conjunction with contractor, ensure all design activities are completed accurately and on time in accordance with master schedule.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards for project. In conjunction with Project Manager and/or Superintendent monitor/control construction to ensure project is designed and built on schedule and within budget.
- Function as the prime client contact coordinating the resolution of problems, reviewing progress, recommending alternatives, and advising on project objectives as dictated by corporate management.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Review construction contract documents and coordinate with subcontractors and General contractor/owner to gather the required information to design the project's sprinkler system.
- Create detailed drawings through extensive use of AutoSprink program.
- Maintain design historical records and historical records for all functions for future use.
- Identify changes in projects that impact cost, schedule, or labor requirements.
- Ensure work complies with codes and permits.
- Perform Hydraulic calculations.
- Ensure proper staffing is in place on each project.
- Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification.
- Forecast future manpower requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
