Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Boston, MA. Interested?

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing corporate actions such as receiving, verifying, recording, reporting, and reconciling instructions
• Reviewing and validating data to ensure accuracy and reduce risk
• Helping resolve discrepancies, breaks, and past due items
• Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within guidelines
• Supporting daily production, reporting, and workflow coordination
• Researching corporate events using internal systems and external data sources
• Reviewing and confirming corporate action announcements and payments
• Communicating with clients to resolve issues and clarify instructions
• Tracking and processing client instructions before deadlines

Additional responsibilities:

• Supporting and training team members
• Acting as a backup for team activities
• Identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
• Monitoring issues, reviewing errors, and helping prevent future problems
• Documenting workflows and assisting with team procedures

• Pay rate: $24.00/hour
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
