About the role:As an Analyst II, Transformation (Wealth Product & Partnerships), you will support the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the FIS Wealth platform through product-aligned partnerships. This role provides exposure to Wealth Management products, partnership strategy, and cross-functional execution, helping ensure that third-party capabilities are effectively aligned to product priorities, client needs, and operational processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will support partnership lifecycle activities, governance processes, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, Client Service, and Professional Services, while building a strong foundation in Wealth domain knowledge and product operations. Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday - Jacksonville, FL Current and future sponsorship is not available for this position. About the team:You will be part of a cross-functional Wealth Management ecosystem, working closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Service, Professional Services, Legal, Risk, Procurement, and Supply Chain. The team focuses on supporting strategic partnerships and transformation initiatives that strengthen FIS Wealth offerings across digital experiences, portfolio management, data, and operational platforms. What you will be doing:In this role, you will be responsible for: * Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Wealth partnerships and vendors, including onboarding, tracking, governance, and renewals * Assist in evaluating partners by applying foundational Wealth product knowledge across advisor workflows, digital platforms, portfolio management, custody, and reporting * Support the execution of product-aligned partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and client needs * Contribute to efforts that translate partner capabilities into client-facing value propositions and solution enhancements * Coordinate across cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, client implementations, and ongoing service needs * Assist in running partnership operations, including: * Supporting Sales teams with partnership-related materials and inputs * Coordinating with Professional Services on onboarding and implementation tracking * Partnering with Client Service and Support teams to help monitor performance and adoption * Support governance activities, including performance tracking, reporting, and preparation of partnership review materials * Assist in managing contract-related processes, including documentation, approvals, and renewal tracking * Contribute to vendor risk and compliance processes, including data collection and coordination with Risk and Legal teams * Conduct research and analysis on Wealth trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities What you bring:* Foundational understanding of Wealth Management products, platforms, and workflows, including advisor tools, digital client experiences, and data/reporting * Strong interest in product management, partnerships, and Wealth domain transformation * Ability to analyze information and support decisions from a product, client, and operational perspective * Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams * Experience working across cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, or Operations * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present information and support stakeholders * 2-4 years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or related transformation/product support roles Required work hours: Standard business hours Overtime required: As needed Weekends required: No Travel percentage for this role: Up to 10% Added bonus if you have:* Exposure to Wealth Management concepts such as managed accounts (UMA/SMA), alternatives, or digital advice * Experience supporting partnerships, vendor management, or product initiatives * Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or process improvement frameworks What we offer you:* Opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Wealth, product strategy, and partnerships * Exposure to cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation initiatives * A strong foundation for career growth in product management, partnerships, or strategy roles * Competitive salary, incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits Privacy Statement FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
