Desktop Support Technician OnSite Position Overview A Desktop Support Technician is needed to provide handson technical support across both Windows and Apple devices. This role is split evenly between supporting Windows 11 systems and iOS devices. The technician will assist with deployments, device setup, troubleshooting, and general enduser support for a midsized environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with users are essential. Key Responsibilities * Provide deskside and remote support for Windows and Apple iOS devices. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues. * Assist with device deployments, upgrades, and configuration tasks. * Support user authentication processes, including multifactor authentication. * Perform basic networking troubleshooting when needed. * Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system. * Support user account tasks and device registration workflows. * Maintain a customerfocused approach in all interactions. Required Skills * Experience supporting Windows operating systems. * Strong customer service and communication abilities. * Troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. * Ability to support both Windows and iOS environments. Preferred Skills * Experience with device imaging and deployment processes. * Familiarity with user account administration. * Understanding of device enrollment workflows. * Basic networking knowledge. * Experience supporting multifactor authentication. Soft Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problemsolving ability. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
