100% remote role - candidates must sit in Iowa, Maryland, North Carolina, Utah, Arizona or Texas. Daily Duties: In this position, Service Center Representatives will be working remotely and will be receiving inbound calls from various medical professionals, including but not limited to: * Medical Professionals (such as Doctors or Physicians) * Health Organization Staff (such as Administrators or other staff) * Health IT Staff or Third-Party Vendors The customers this role will be speaking with are highly educated and very busy - this role requires exceptional customer service and patience. In general, the questions our Representatives receive will be supporting medical professionals with password resets, creating accounts/access, and then transferring to help desk. This position is not technical in nature but candidates must have basic technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot if needed. This position will start as a simple role with the potential to be trained on different portions of the business. At the CCSQ Service Center our primary focus is the Customer Experience. We aim to serve the Medicare and healthcare communities as educators who provide world-class customer service. While receiving phone calls is our primary source of contact, we also support the community via email, chat, and web portal as well. Entry-level representatives will be trained to support customers via Phone and Email/Web Portal. While we support various programs within the Service Center, new representatives will be provided foundational knowledge to support just one of these programs and the systems involved. Additional opportunities for cross-training into other lines of business would come at a later time. Volume and call times vary between lines of business, with calls ranging anywhere from 13-15 minutes, to 30-45 minutes. Call times are ultimately dependent on the subject at hand and the time it takes to answer a customer's questions. Please note you will be speaking with medical professionals who are working toward meeting reporting requirements that may be overwhelming to them. They may be understaffed, short on time, new to Medicare reporting and simply BUSY. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* High school diploma Call center experience - 1+ years Professional customer service experience - will be speaking with doctors, nurses, etc. Internet requirements: minimum of 50 -100 mg download; no satellite internet Technical acuity and ability to troubleshoot Must sit in IA, Maryland, NC, UT, AZ, or TX Customer first mentality Strong typing skills - 45 wpm - please include typing test with submittal *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
