TEKsystems is hiring an Account Associate in Minneapolis! Great entry level opportunity to gain professional experience! Start Date: March 30th Overview The Account Associate supports Relationship Managers and helps manage assigned client relationships. This role involves frequent communication with both clients and internal partners, along with daily administrative and reporting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities * Communicate with clients and internal teams via phone and email. * Support Relationship Managers with daytoday tasks and issue resolution. * Handle customer inquiries proactively and professionally. * Assist with account setup, maintenance, and oversight following internal policies and procedures. * Review mortgage and collateral files to ensure required documents are present and meet client criteria before storage. * Generate and analyze reports using Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables). * Provide clients with status updates on their file reviews and follow up on missing information. * Use Microsoft Outlook daily to receive and process requests. * Complete administrative tasks, including composing correspondence and assisting with larger team projects. * Manage multiple timesensitive priorities in a deadlinedriven environment. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
