*Type:* ContracttoHire *Schedule:* Hybrid (2 days/month in office) *Overview* We are seeking a *Bilingual Spanish/English Call Center Representative* to support inbound patient calls and assist with health insurancerelated member services. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, healthcare call center experience, and the ability to work both remotely and onsite as needed. *MustHave Qualifications* * *Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)* * *Minimum 2 years of recent healthcare experience* in a call center, customer service, or health insurance role * Experience answering *inbound patient calls* * Reliable highspeed internet for remote work * High School Diploma or GED *Nice-to-Have Skills* * Retail sales or customer support experience * Sales or enrollment background * Marketplace enrollment or managed care experience (plus) *Responsibilities* * Answer inbound member calls regarding PCP changes, ID card requests, portal access assistance, and demographic updates * Interpret customer accounts and provider data to resolve inquiries * Support members in the enrollment process using sales techniques * Document all interactions accurately in the system * Maintain and report issues with communication equipment * Meet quality and productivity metrics * Protect customer privacy and company information * Assist with additional tasks as needed to support team goals *Work Environment & Schedule* * *Hybrid:* Only *2 days per month in the office* (Austin, TX) * Team of 13 representatives + 1 supervisor * Training is inoffice (typically a few days up to 2 weeks) * Must be able to work *any 8hour shift between 6am-6pm* (rotating schedule) * *Weekend rotation:* One team member works Sat or Sun (9am-12pm) * Breaks: Two 15minute breaks + one 1hour lunch *Why This Role Matters* You'll play a key role in supporting members with important healthcare needs, helping maintain workflow efficiency across calls and emails, and ensuring a positive member experience. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
