Join ourChief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO)this summer as aData Operations Engineer Intern, whereyou'llbe part of the Data Management team working with enterprise data platforms,data integrationtools,data quality and validation,and modern analytics practices.As a team member, you will partner with data engineers,data architects,data governance leads,data scientists, anddata product owners to helpbuild data pipelines to load, transform, and enrichdatato support Enterprise AI and Analytics. Thisposition offers experiencebuilding data pipelines,validating data, developingsemantic models, and supportingAI and Analytics platforminterfaces.

Primary Responsibilities.

As a member of the Data Management team, the intern willgain valuable experience:

• Meeting withdata product and AI teams to discuss the data contract, requirements, and objectives
• Assisting the data quality team with data cleanup, issue tracking, profiling, and validations
• Meeting withdata pipeline teams to map out data transformations, data flows, and load validations for building Data Products

• Collaborating with Data Product and AI teams to develop data interfaces for Data Products
• Developing data integration workflows to stage, transform, and build Data Products
• Developing and testing SQL queries in Snowflake to support integration code
• Coding in modern data integration tools
• Creating REST APIs to support data interfaces
• Developing Reporting Semantic Models to support Data Product interfaces

• Participating in team meetings and design sessions to plan and status project tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing abachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field

• Interest in data integration, data quality, analytics, and enterprise data platforms
• Fundamental understanding ofdata conceptsi.e., data structures and data design (tables, schemas, metadata, data quality, data modeling basics)
• Experience or coursework with SQL

• Experience or courseworkdevelopingprogram codein Python or an equivalent programming language
• Fundamental understanding of REST APIs and JSON

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to document processes clearly and communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment
• US citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CloudData Pipeline Tools

• Familiarity withData Governance Tools.

• Familiarity withCloud Data Platforms, especially Snowflake

• Familiarity with Unstructured data processing
• Coursework or projects involving data modeling, data integration, or analytics

• Interest inAI/ML concepts, automation, or agent-based tools

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Curiosity about how data is managed at scale in large, complex organizations.
