  • Director, Consulting- Transformation What this job involves:

    As a Director of Transformation at JLL, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and transformation leader guiding clients through the evolving landscape of commercial real estate and workplace strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll lead complex consulting engagements that help organizations navigate the rise of hybrid work, advances in workplace technology, and changing employee expectations to reshape how real estate and workplace functions deliver enterprise value. This position requires you to translate strategic recommendations into practical execution plans while establishing governance structures and success metrics that enable long-term value realization.     What your day-to-day will look like:
    • Lead complex consulting engagements focused on enterprise real estate, facilities, and workplace transformation using JLL Consulting's delivery models, strategic frameworks, and implementation methodologies

    • Drive large-scale transformation programs spanning portfolio optimization, workplace modernization, mergers and acquisitions or divestitures, real estate and facilities service model redesign for insourced and outsourced structures, and organizational design initiatives

    • Partner with client executives to define transformation strategies and implementation roadmaps that align workplace, real estate, and facilities initiatives with business priorities while navigating complexity and accelerating outcomes

    • Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, implementation plans, and success metrics that enable successful transformation delivery across people, process, technology, and real estate dimensions

    • Act as Engagement Manager by overseeing staffing, financial performance, quality of delivery, client relationships, and commercial management processes within day-to-day project delivery

    • Collaborate with JLL Consulting Capability Leads, Industry Leads, and other JLL partners to identify and deliver integrated solutions spanning strategy, workplace experience, technology, operations, and organizational enablement

    • Lead capability development efforts by codifying best practices, strengthening methodologies, and advancing team capabilities across transformation, strategy, and implementation disciplines

    • Contribute to business development through client pursuits, proposal development, thought leadership, and executive presentations that showcase JLL's transformation expertise

    • Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to enhance analysis, solution development, transformation planning, and client delivery while understanding AI's implications for workplace strategy and service delivery

    Required qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Consulting, Real Estate, Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, or related field

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or industry roles with significant focus on transformation strategy, program leadership, and large-scale execution within the facilities and real estate space

    • Proven experience advising clients on complex real estate and facilities transformation initiatives within commercial real estate, workplace strategy, corporate services, or related enterprise functions

    • Strong track record of shaping and delivering real estate and facilities transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes, operational improvement, and organizational adoption

    • Demonstrated ability to move from strategic problem-solving to real estate and facilities execution planning and implementation oversight in complex client environments

    • Superior executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills capable of influencing senior stakeholders across business, operations, HR, technology, and real estate functions

    • Experience leading and mentoring diverse, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary project teams within the real estate and facilities space

    • Strong program and project management capabilities with experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities in fast-paced environments

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    Preferred qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Real Estate, Organizational Development, or related advanced degree

    • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Change Management certification, or CoreNet Global credentials

    • Experience with AI-enabled tools and digital technologies applied to transformation planning, workplace strategy, and service delivery innovation

    • Background working within management consulting firms or corporate real estate advisory practices serving Fortune 500 clients

    • Proven track record contributing to business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership content creation

    • Experience managing consulting engagement financials including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability optimization

    • Understanding of emerging workplace trends including hybrid work models, workplace experience platforms, and data-driven portfolio decision-making

    • Strong track record of shaping and delivering real estate and facilities transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes, operational improvement, and organizational adoption

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
