Responsibilities:

• Handle multi-line phones
• Greet customers
• Scheduling tasks
• Maintain accurate records
• Assist with billing
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and faxes
• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace

Requirements:

• Office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and office management software
• Able to adapt to new assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Capable of working individually or as team
