About this opportunity
Join our Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions CRM and Salesforce Platform team as the CRM Delivery Lead. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of solutions based on the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Salesforce-based CRM platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ), ensuring timely business outcomes, platform reliability, and continuous process improvement across releases.
This role will report to the Director, CRM and Salesforce Solutions
What you will do:
- Own platform delivery activities, adhere to the roadmap, release plan and priorities established by the Director, CRM and Salesforce Solutions; ensure on-time, on-quality releases.
- Drive Agile/SAFe ceremonies; measure and improve flow (lead time, cycle time, throughput).
- Enforce platform operating model (DevOps, CI/CD, environments, branching, test automation); and SDLC controls.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, and releases; meet SLAs; drive root-cause and corrective actions.
- Coordinate delivery partners and vendors; oversee delivery performance, and SLAs; escalate and remediate risks/issues.
- Ensure compliance (SOX, GDPR/Privacy, ISO 27001-aligned policies), auditability, segregation of duties, and configuration/metadata governance.
- Maintain delivery activity KPIs and dashboards; communicate status and impacts; run quarterly/annual retrospectives and value reviews.
- Drive onshore & offshore delivery team(s) to identify & execute efficiencies, foster collaboration, empower learning, and continuously strive to improve productivity & communication behaviors.
- Prepare work for prioritization forums / governance meetings.
- Maintain transparency of backlog, priorities, and delivery timelines.
The skills you bring:
Salesforce Platform knowledge and certifications:
- Hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud; familiarity with CPQ/Revenue, flows, permissions, sandboxes.
- Salesforce certifications in one or more of the components and disciplines.
- Hands on experience with Salesforce related DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or equivalent), CI/CD pipelines, test automation, environment strategy is preferred.
- Experience managing Salesforce backlogs and Agile delivery.
- Experience managing offshore delivery teams.
Delivery & Process:
- Demonstrable experience with incident, problem, change, and release management; vendor performance and governance.
- Agile/SAFe delivery and metrics; delivery execution planning.
Security & Compliance:
- ITGC and SOX controls, audit readiness; GDPR and privacy-by-design; risk management and mitigations.
Leadership & Stakeholders:
- Skilled at facilitating discussions and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate competing priorities and drive alignment.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture delivery perspective.
- Work in cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrate clear communication and change leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative approach and ability to foster productive team dynamics.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Master's degree is a plus.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan:Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
