Are you looking for a Seasonal Opportunity at Aqua? We are currently hiring for full time seasonal clerks available from May through August.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Support contract management initiatives and documentation.
  • Assist with supplier bids, RFQs, and sourcing events.
  • Assist in the vendor onboarding process, including data collection and compliance requirements.
  • Perform data quality checks, data management tasks, and record maintenance across supply chain systems.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring KPIs and metrics to evaluate supplier performance.
  • Support the creation and updates of supply chain training and process documentation.
  • Provide systems support within the corporate ERP to facilitate accurate and timely purchase order execution.
  • Provide support and triage within the supply chain ticketing system (AskSCM) to resolve internal stakeholder requests.
  • Support invoice processing workflows for key vendors and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Conduct analytics and data analysis to support ad hoc supply chain and procurement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all safety and security operating policies, procedures, practices, and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Be part of a mission-driven organization that impacts the public health of the communities we serve by supporting the delivery of earth's most essential resource.
  • Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned
  • Pay Rate $16.00/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Familiarity with computers and work systems such as Microsoft office suite
  • SAP and intermediate Excel experience preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.
  • Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules
  • Must always follow directions and implement safety procedures
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Working conditions may include travel to work sites of Essential Utilities and/or other constituents.
