What this job involves:

As a Production Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Producers and Production teams throughout the complete lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions. This dynamic position blends strategic administrative coordination with creative production expertise, requiring both graphic design capabilities and exceptional organizational proficiency. You'll take ownership of marketing materials development, database management systems, vendor and design team coordination, while delivering comprehensive support that ensures flawless transaction execution. This role provides significant exposure to all facets of commercial real estate marketing and production within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead administrative and production operations including executive-level correspondence, strategic calendar management, and appointment coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Partner with Producers and Analysts to develop sophisticated marketing collateral including investment proposals, client agreements, comprehensive offering memorandums, and detailed due diligence documentation
  • Design and produce customized property marketing materials, in-depth market analyses, and targeted client research deliverables leveraging advanced graphic design expertise
  • Architect compelling PowerPoint presentations by synthesizing data from diverse sources including GIS mapping, financial charts, corporate branding elements, and professional photography
  • Oversee internal web-based CRM systems, track transaction pipelines, coordinate press release distribution, and execute strategic email marketing campaigns
  • Direct graphic design workflows with internal creative teams, manage vendor relationships for professional photography and printing services, and systematize deal-related communications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in administrative operations, marketing coordination, or corporate communications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to grammatical precision
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize competing demands, manage multiple concurrent projects, and consistently deliver against aggressive deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to create complex documents and presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Real Estate, Finance, or related business disciplines strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making capabilities
  • Flexibility to accommodate variable workloads including overtime on short notice and cross-team support as business needs require

Location: Office setting (Onsite)

Work Shift: Standard business hours with flexibility for extended hours during peak transaction periods
