readiness Position Summary The Social Services Assistant supports the mission of Job Corps by helping students overcome personal, social, and behavioral challenges that may interfere with their education and career training. This role combines instructional responsibilities-teaching life skills and employability workshops-with direct student support, ensuring that young people have the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to succeed in the program and beyond.
