The EBC (Executive Briefing Center) is responsible for managing the daily operations of Manhattan Associates' Executive Briefing Center in Atlanta, Georgia, while also supporting broader marketing projects and events. This role is critical in delivering a consistently exceptional experience to EBC visitors, including customers, partners, industry analysts, investors, and Manhattan team members. Based at our Atlanta headquarters, this role requires a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused individual who can balance onsite meeting support with marketing and administrative responsibilities. The EBC Coordinator will primarily work in the office to support onsite EBC meetings, with occasional flexibility required for local events and special activities. Responsibilities Executive Briefing Center operations (65-70%)
- Ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for all EBC visitors and guests.
- Manage the EBC calendar and booking process, coordinating across multiple internal stakeholder groups.
- Maintain standard onsite work hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday on days when meetings are scheduled in the EBC.
- Drive ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency in meeting management.
- Track EBC activity and maintain accurate customer meeting documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend automation tools to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Own all meeting logistics and onsite support needs, including:
- Room setup, meeting materials, supplies, and AV requirements.
- Coordination with Facilities for room, equipment, or building needs.
Marketing and executive support (30-35%)
- Support marketing and executive projects as assigned, which may include:
- Event and program support for marketing campaigns and customer-facing events.
- Tracking and reporting for marketing programs and activities.
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) data entry, review, and clean-up to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordination and assembly of materials for customer go-live kits and related deliverables.
- Other marketing project support and administrative tasks as needed.
Minimum requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing support, coordination, or similar customer-facing role
- BA/BS from a 4-year university preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers, analysts, investors, and senior executives, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Highly articulate communicator and resourceful problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative work style and ability to stay engaged with marketing team members who may be co-located in other areas of the building.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize activities within defined timelines.
- Comfortable taking direction while also exercising judgment to move work forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally stand for extended periods to support event and meeting logistics.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally work flexible hours based on EBC activities and local off-site events.
Preferred skills and experience
- Experience supporting or coordinating meetings, events, or programs in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and scheduling across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Prior experience in event planning, meeting management, or executive support.
- Experience in a B2B technology or software environment is a plus.
