Overview We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and support scalable, reliable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This role focuses on automation, cloud platforms, CI/CD enablement, and operational excellence across modern application environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving delivery speed, system reliability, and collaboration between development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows. * Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or similar frameworks. * Deploy and support applications across cloud and hybrid environments. * Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and patching to improve consistency and reliability. * Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability and monitoring tools. * Collaborate closely with development teams to improve application deployment patterns and operational readiness. * Support containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. * Enforce security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements within pipelines and infrastructure. * Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and performance issues across environments. * Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards. Required Qualifications * 3+ years of handson DevOps or platform engineering experience. * Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. * Experience with Linux environments and shell scripting (Bash or similar). * Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Strong understanding of Gitbased version control and collaborative workflows. * Problemsolving mindset with the ability to work across development, QA, and operations teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting microservices architectures. * Familiarity with configuration management or automation tools (e.g., Ansible). * Knowledge of monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK. * Experience operating in regulated or securitysensitive environments. * Cloud or DevOps certifications are a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.24 - $73.68/hr.
