Job DetailsJOB SUMMARY The VP, Global Marketing will be responsible for leading global marketing efforts to build and drive future growth across all the IVT product portfolios while working closely with the VP & GM of Interventional Technologies, leadership team, and cross functional leaders throughout the organization. This role will be responsible for directing and ensuring appropriate alignment of the marketing and promotional strategies globally with a large focus on engagement, market intelligence and launch excellence. The VP, Global Marketing will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives and new product launches for our interventional portfolio (A) Interventional Cardiology: Structural Heart, Coronary, and Peripheral Vascular segments AND (B) Interventional Technologies: Vascular Closure and Esophageal cooling segments. This role is crucial in driving market adoption, brand awareness, and revenue growth by aligning marketing strategies with product development and commercialization plans. The VP, Global Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Regional Marketing, to ensure cohesive and impactful product introductions and marketing campaigns and will work collaboratively to define and implement a marketing strategy to ensure commercial success. The VP, Global Marketing reports directly to the VP & GM, Interventional Technologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The VP, Global Marketing is responsible for building and leading a team while overseeing upstream and downstream responsibilities for all Interventional Technologies franchises including (A) Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart and Large Bore Closure Franchise - OptoWire, SavvyWire, PerQseal products and (B) Interventional Technologies: Vascular Closure and Esophageal cooling segments - Vascade, MVP and Enso products. Upstream Responsibilities: Serve as the upstream global marketing leader and partner with a broad group of cross-functional colleagues to define and implement a marketing strategy to ensure commercial success.
Downstream Responsibilities: Serve as the downstream global marketing leader and partner with a broad group of cross-functional colleagues to define and implement a marketing strategy to ensure commercial success.

Bachelor's Degree - B.S. or B.A. Master's Degree MBA or additional education in life sciences discipline preferred EXPERIENCE

Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics' employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
