Position Overview

Provides comprehensive support for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining the OCFO SharePoint Online environment and sites, including workflows, document libraries, collaboration sites, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update OCFO SharePoint Online tools, applications, and site collections
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management policies
  • Develop, configure, and maintain workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Support legacy workflows created in SharePoint Designer as needed
  • Troubleshoot and debug broken workflows, codes, and previously developed tools
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and other M365 services
  • Design, implement, and evolve SharePoint solutions supporting contracting tools, workflows, and business processes
  • Document processes, configurations, and procedures for effective management, reporting, and auditing
  • Provide user guidance and training materials to support adoption
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and performance


Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online administration, architecture, and site collection management
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate (flow development, troubleshooting), Power Apps (custom app building), and the broader Power Platform
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer (legacy workflow support)
  • Proficiency integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook)
  • Experience with SharePoint governance, security settings, and data management policies in a federal environment
  • Ability to document technical configurations, user guides, and process procedures
  • Experience training non-technical users on SharePoint tools and workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for workflow and code issues


Performance Standard

95% of SharePoint functions operate without error; 95% of user requests resolved satisfactorily; 95% of workflows function as intended without error. Maximum remediation: 3 business days.
