Florida Health Care Plans is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician for our St. Augustine facility located at 200 Southpark Blvd. Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is limited and by telephone only. New grads & experienced welcome!
